Commence CIC Treatment & Services Cancellation Policy

At Commence CIC, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. To ensure fairness to both our clients and practitioners, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your appointment: 50% of the total treatment cost will be retained, with the remaining 50% refunded. Alternatively, you may reschedule, subject to availability, with a 50% charge for the original booking.

• Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before your appointment: 75% of the total treatment cost will be retained, with the remaining 25% refunded. Alternatively, you may reschedule, subject to availability, with a 75% charge for the original booking.

​

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: The full treatment cost will be retained as a late cancellation fee. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.
