Cancellation Policy
Commence CIC Treatment, Services & Events Cancellation Policy
At Commence CIC, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, service or event booking. To ensure fairness to both our clients and practitioners, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your appointment, event or service: 50% of the total cost will be retained, with the remaining 50% refunded. Alternatively, you may reschedule, subject to availability, with a 50% charge for the original booking.

Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before your appointment, event or service: 75% of the total cost will be retained, with the remaining 25% refunded. Alternatively, you may reschedule, subject to availability, with a 75% charge for the original booking.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, event or service: The full cost will be retained as a late cancellation fee. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.
