Community Events : Pause, Connect & Belong
Our events bring people together in safe, welcoming spaces to share, connect, and belong. We host regular wellbeing days and community gatherings that support physical nourishment, emotional well-being, and social connection, especially for those experiencing hardship or isolation.
Community Events
Our Community events
Our community events provide inclusive, welcoming spaces that bring people together to connect, network, and build meaningful relationships. They encourage open dialogue around social issues, creating opportunities for shared learning, mutual understanding, and collective problem-solving.
By strengthening social connections, our events help reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and foster a sense of belonging. They support community resilience by empowering individuals, amplifying local voices, and encouraging collaboration between residents, organisations, and services. Through connection and conversation, we help build stronger, safer, and more compassionate communities. Events may include:
Mindfulness & Meditation events
Networking Events
Women's only spaces
Culture & Community Events
Wellbeing Days
Our wellbeing days are immersive experiences designed to restore and uplift. Hosted in accessible community spaces, these events focus on self-care, mental & physical health, and connection. Activities may include:
Guided mindfulness and grounding exercises
Nature walks and ecotherapy sessions
Creative arts, journaling, and self-expression
Talks on mental health, emotional resilience, and self-care tools
These days are open to all and particularly benefit people experiencing stress, burnout, low confidence, or social isolation.
Why our Events and Wellbeing days matter
Our events and wellbeing days play a vital role in bringing people together, strengthening social connections, and creating spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. In a time when many people experience isolation, stress, and disconnection, these gatherings offer opportunities for connection, reflection, and collective care.
They support mental and emotional wellbeing, encourage open conversations around social issues, and help break down barriers between individuals, communities, and services. By fostering inclusion, shared understanding, and mutual support, our events contribute to stronger community resilience, improved wellbeing outcomes, and a more connected, compassionate society.
