Hot Meal Pop-ups
Our hot meal pop-ups provide freshly cooked, nutritious meals to those in need, with a warm welcome and no judgment. This project is about more than just food and more about dignity, community, and compassion. Held regularly across Staffordshire and surrounding areas, each pop-up includes:
A hot, home-cooked meal (vegan and halal options available)
Friendly conversation and emotional support
Signposting to relevant services (housing, mental health, etc.)
Take a breather - Safe Space for Women
Our Safe Space for Women is a supportive environment designed to promote healing, empowerment, and wellbeing. We provide a space where individuals feel safe, can let go, and simply breathe.
This space is built on trust, compassion, and understanding, allowing women to connect, reflect, and grow at their own pace. What we offer:
A confidential and non-judgemental environment
Grounding and mindfulness practices
Peer connection and shared experiences
Emotional wellbeing support
Gentle self-development activities
Clear boundaries and respect for personal choice
Signposting to additional support services where needed
Skiving Thursday – Community Walk
Feel Naughty & Heal (2-in-1)
Who said you can’t skip the stress for an hour? Skiving Thursday is our cheeky midweek reset, a relaxed community walk where you “escape” from pressure, to-do lists, and overwhelm… and swap it for fresh air, movement, and good company. It’s your permission to step outside, breathe deeply, and feel better, without guilt. Because sometimes the most productive thing you can do… is pause. What to expect:
A relaxed, friendly group walk
No fitness pressure, just gentle movement
Time to chat or walk quietly
Fresh air and nature connection
A mood boost (that’s scientifically proven)

Level up Ladies: Women’s Movement & Sport Collective
We are committed to collaborating with organisations across Staffordshire to increase accessible, inclusive movement opportunities for adult women.
Through strategic partnerships with community groups, sports clubs, local authorities, and wellbeing organisations, we aim to remove barriers and create safe, welcoming spaces where women can get active, build confidence, and improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
Our focus is on providing a variety of sports and movement options to suit different interests, abilities, and comfort levels, ensuring women feel supported, not intimidated.
Activities May Include:
Women’s recreational football sessions
Basketball for confidence and fitness
Archery for focus and empowerment
Community cricket sessions
Multi-sport taster days
Beginner-friendly introductions to sport
Social leagues and friendly matches
Trauma-informed and culturally sensitive delivery

Community Networking with Purpose
Pause, Connect & Belong is not your typical networking event.
This is a relaxed, welcoming space where people come together to build genuine relationships, not just exchange business cards. It’s about slowing down, having meaningful conversations, and creating connections rooted in collaboration and community.

Our personal development sessions help individuals reconnect with themselves, identify their goals, and build resilience. Through a mix of group activities, reflective exercises, and creative expression, participants:

Develop resilience and emotional awareness
Employability and Life Skills
Our employability training prepares individuals for the world of work by combining practical skills development with personal growth. These sessions include:

We also offer workshops tailored to those facing barriers to employment, including young people, long-term unemployed, and those recovering from trauma or difficult life transitions.
All of our programmes are inclusive and rooted in community care. We work collaboratively with local partners and participants to ensure that each individual feels seen, supported, and empowered to take their next steps forward.
