8-week or Tailored Wellbeing Programmes (1-2-1 and Group) Supporting Positive Wellbeing Through Holistic, Person-Centred Programmes At Commence CIC, we believe wellbeing is about helping people feel healthier, happier and more confident in everyday life. Our wellbeing programmes are designed to support individuals and groups to improve their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing through practical activities, personal development and healthy lifestyle education. Whether you're looking to build resilience, reduce stress, improve confidence or develop healthier habits, our programmes provide supportive environments where positive change can happen. Our Approach We understand that wellbeing is different for everyone. That's why our programmes take a holistic approach, recognising the connection between mental, emotional, physical and social wellbeing. What Our Programmes Can Include Every programme is designed around the needs of participants and can include a combination of topics such as: Mental & Emotional Wellbeing Supporting participants to better understand and manage their wellbeing through practical strategies and self-awareness. Mindfulness & Relaxation Introducing mindfulness, breathing techniques and relaxation practices that encourage calm, focus and emotional balance. Healthy Lifestyle Encouraging positive lifestyle choices through discussions around nutrition, movement, sleep, self-care and healthy routines. Confidence & Personal Growth Helping individuals develop confidence, resilience, communication skills and a positive mindset. Social Connection Creating opportunities for people to connect with others, reduce isolation and develop supportive relationships. Flexible Programme Delivery Our wellbeing programmes can be delivered in a variety of ways depending on the needs of individuals, organisations and communities.
