8-week or Tailored Nature-Based Wellbeing Programmes (1-2-1 or Group) Reconnecting People with Nature to Support Health, Wellbeing and Personal Growth At Commence CIC, we believe nature has the power to restore, inspire and transform lives. Our Nature-Based Wellbeing Programmes combine the benefits of the natural environment with practical wellbeing activities to help people improve their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Whether exploring woodlands, spending time in local green spaces, taking part in outdoor mindfulness or simply enjoying the calming effects of nature, our programmes encourage people to slow down, reconnect and thrive. Our Approach Nature provides a unique environment for learning, reflection and personal growth. Our programmes create safe and inclusive spaces where participants can step away from everyday pressures, reconnect with themselves and build healthier lifestyles through meaningful outdoor experiences. Ecotherapy Guided activities that use nature to support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing while encouraging reflection, relaxation and personal growth. Mindfulness in Nature Mindfulness and breathing techniques delivered in outdoor environments to promote calm, focus and emotional wellbeing. Wellbeing Walks Gentle guided walks that encourage movement, conversation and connection while enjoying local parks, woodlands and green spaces. Outdoor Personal Development Interactive activities that build confidence, resilience, communication and teamwork through nature-based experiences. Environmental Wellbeing Activities that encourage participants to care for the natural environment while improving their own wellbeing through conservation, gardening and community environmental projects.
