I’m a triple Staffordshire University graduate and founder of Commence CIC, passionate about social justice, holistic healing, and ecotherapy. With a background in social welfare, education, and community work, I now focus on helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves through nature.

My work blends healing programmes, mindfulness, meditation, energy healing, and ecotherapy, guiding others to understand the conscious and subconscious mind, live in the present, and let go of past and future anxieties. Ecotherapy has transformed my own life, bringing calm, clarity, and balance, and I’m devoted to sharing its benefits through community projects, healing programmes, and transformative retreats.
